Amazing experience and the kindest people work here! I had some trouble with my bellybutton piercing done somewhere else and Chris and Lisa were able to help me to find the best solution. The whole process was super comfortable and he was very gentle with my 24h old piercing! Highly recommend.

i got my bellybutton pierced here on jan 23 by chris and it was such a pleasant experience! chris and everyone working were so kind and answered all my questions kindly. i was super nervous and he walked me and my friend through the whole thing. im super pleased with how it turned out and i will definitely be coming back in the future!

Absolutely amazing experience from making the appointment to the piercing! Our daughter has been talking for weeks about getting her ears pierced and I wanted it to be somewhere that used a needle. To say we had a great experience is an understatement! First, making the appointment over the phone was a breeze! All my initial questions were answered! Then when we showed up for our appointment everyone was so kind! Lisa talked our daughter through the process of picking out her jewelry and what aftercare would be like. Then we were introduced to Chris, who was great! He took his time and explained everything to our daughter in easy to understand terms (she's 5). He went step by step and told her each time that he would touch her ear, including when he would just move her hair. He made sure to emphasize that she was in control and that if she need a break or needed him to wait that he would stop immediately. She handled the first ear like a champ but then asked for a break. Lisa was kind and brought her a bottle of water and Chris just hung out talking to her until she was ready. When he first went to touch her ear for the second piercing she jumped and asked to wait and he told her that he would wait as long as she needed. There wasn't a single point of the appointment where anything was rushed. The patience that was shown was so incredibly appreciated! And then to top it off she got a toy at the end of her appointment! After we left she said this was the greatest day ever and I'm thrilled that she had such great experience!

It was such a pleasure to go into InkedSanity.  Chris and Lisa both worked with me in putting in a nose piercing for me. They both have a wealth of knowledge as I spoke to Lisa on the phone the day before I actually showed up there. I was kind of nervous at first but as soon as I stepped through their door Lisa welcomed me.  She was very accommodating as I walk with a cane. They know their stuff and was so patient and listened as I asked questions. The shop itself is very, very nice and I'd definitely recommend going there!!

Chris and Lisa are amazing! They have so much knowledge and are so professional with everything they do. They are thorough and thoughtful, and truly care about their customers. I got beautiful mantis piercings from Chris, and Lisa changed out my bridge and added a cute chain! She even sized it perfectly for my small features! All in all I’m planning to get a lot more done with them. Another plus is that the receptionist Lindsey is super friendly and I really enjoyed her kind presence! Everyone should check this shop out!
